Pregnant Molly Sims in slightly metallic flats

I have to say I love Molly Sims' style while pregnant. She manages to look appropriate yet very supermodel like at the same time, which is not the easiest thing to do.

I am really wondering about the flats though, they look kind of like Lanvins, but I am not completely sure. The color is really nice, I think. Demure, yet unusual and still neutral and classy.
