As well as a rather strange outfit. Not sure I like it that much, but her flats look cute and basic!

One of the most classic pairs of shoes ever, as I've already mentioned here on the blog many times previously. So it's really no surprise Katy likes them too!

But they actually seem to be her back up flats, considering she's holding a pair of heels in her hand as she leaves a party. So bringing some flats to a party is something everyone can do, even celebrities! But I of course go to parties wearing flats in the first place. It's just so much easier!
