That actually look like they are Louboutin flats, but hard to say. But Louboutin makes a very similar pair of studded flats anyway, and I think I see a red sole...

I just saw these on Ebay, and I love them!

Costing almost $1 400, they are really out of my price range at the moment though.

(I do have a pair of Louboutin heels, by the way, but no flats so far. Getting a pair of Louboutin flats really is very high on my wish list - and to do list! - though!)
